The Atlético de Madrid Academy Football Camps give young players the opportunity to experience a week of training, development, and teamwork following the Academy’s renowned methodology. Led by club coaches and offered across a variety of locations and programmes, each player enjoys a unique experience tailored to their skill level.

All participants at every camp visit the Riyadh Air Metropolitano and Atleti Tour & Museum. Each programme also has certain specific excursions within its residential formats. Generation Camp in Alcalá visits Madrid and Alcalá de Henares. High Performance visits Madrid with dinner and a bowling night. Atleti Pro Stage has several educational and leisure activities, which can be checked on this website. In addition, all participants can choose to add an extra Saturday, with an excursion to a theme park.
It depends on the programme. For Generation Camp no specific level is required: it is for any child who loves football. For High Performance we recommend the player is registered with a federation or competes regularly. For Pro Stage there is a video selection process that ensures a consistent level of demand across the group.
We offer different formats to suit every family: half day (morning), full day (finishing at 17:30 or 18:00 depending on the programme) and programmes with accommodation (residential). They run Monday to Friday; Sunday to Friday for residential. There are also extra services such as transport or extended hours.
Each programme offers a different experience. Generation Camp combines training, activities and team life adapted to players aged 6 to 14. Summer Splash adds aquatic activities in a unique mountain setting. High Performance raises the demands with strength and conditioning and theory sessions for players who want to go a step further, for ages 7 to 17. Pro Stage is the highest level: 10 days of professional pre-season with a prior selection process and a full coaching staff.
In summer 2026 you can choose between: Generation Camp (the complete camp experience in Alcalá de Henares and Majadahonda), Generation Summer Splash (football and aquatic activities in Los Ángeles de San Rafael), High Performance (high-performance camp in Majadahonda) and Pro Stage (10-day professional pre-season in Alcalá). There are also specific programmes: goalkeeper camp (Between the Sticks), women’s camp (Wonder Women) and Little Reds and Whites for the youngest players.
The Academy Camp is the official Atlético de Madrid Academy summer programme. Players train with real Atlético de Madrid Academy coaches, at the club’s official facilities and under the red-and-white methodology. It combines football training with leisure and educational activities. It also includes different, complementary formats and programmes so you can choose the one that suits you best.
